1. General Policy

All payments made for services or products are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the service as agreed. By confirming an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Web Development & Design Services

  • A non-refundable advance payment is required to begin any web development or design project.

  • Once work has started (including setup, design drafts, domain/hosting activation, or configuration), no refunds will be issued for the advance or completed work.

  • Refunds are not provided for delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed content, feedback, or approvals).

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed scope due to our own fault, a partial or full refund may be considered after internal review.

3. Email Services

  • Payments made for domain-based email setup, hosting, or configuration are non-refundable once the service is activated.

  • This includes cases where the client decides not to use the service after activation.

  • Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by third-party email providers, misuse, or incorrect login credentials.

4. Graphic Design Services

  • Once a design project has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not available for completed or approved designs.

  • If the client cancels before any design work starts, a refund may be considered at our discretion, minus any administrative fees.

5. Laptops & Desktops

  • All pre-owned devices are tested and verified before sale.

  • Refunds are not offered after purchase unless the device is covered by a stated warranty and qualifies for return according to that warranty.

  • Any warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period with proof of purchase.

6. Special Offers & Promotions

  • Packages or promotional offers (e.g., AED 999 full package) are non-refundable once the order is placed and work has started.

  • Discounts and promotional pricing cannot be converted into cash or applied to future projects once purchased.

7. Refund Processing

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@omrov.com.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations or renewals

  • Email hosting and setup fees

  • Third-party software licenses or plugins

  • Completed graphic design deliverables

  • Custom development work already started or delivered
