1. Introduction

Omrov.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides professional web development, email services, graphic design, and IT device sales to individuals and businesses. These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

We offer:

  • Web Development – Custom, responsive, and secure websites with hosting & control panel setup.

  • Email Services – Domain-based professional email setup with webmail and Outlook access.

  • Graphic Design – Logos, brochures, and brand collateral tailored to your business.

  • Laptops & Desktops – Tested and pre-owned devices for business or personal use.

All services are provided according to the project scope agreed upon with each client.

3. Quotes, Payments & Refunds

  • All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise.

  • Projects typically require an advance payment to begin. The balance is due upon delivery unless a milestone plan is agreed in writing.

  • Special offers (e.g., AED 999 full package) are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started, except in cases of service failure on our part.

  • Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind or unused services after activation (e.g., hosting or email accounts).

4. Timelines & Revisions

  • Estimated project timelines are shared during proposal or confirmation.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, approvals, or feedback) may extend delivery time.

  • Each design or development service includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the offer. Additional revisions may be charged.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information for setup and design.

  • All content provided must be original or legally owned by the client. We are not responsible for any copyright or legal issues arising from provided materials.

  • Clients are responsible for keeping login credentials (emails, cPanel, etc.) secure.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the website design, graphics, and related files is transferred to the client.

  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Licenses for third-party plugins, stock images, or themes remain subject to their respective terms.

7. Email & Hosting Services

  • Email and hosting setups are provided using third-party platforms (e.g., cPanel, Roundcube, Outlook).

  • We are not responsible for outages, third-party service downtime, or misuse of email accounts.

  • Clients are responsible for password security, managing inbox size, and backing up their emails.

  • Misuse of email services (spam, phishing, illegal content) will lead to suspension without refund.

8. Device Sales (Laptops & Desktops)

  • All devices are pre-owned and tested. Specifications and condition are shared before sale.

  • Limited warranty may be provided as stated at the time of purchase.

  • No refund will be provided after purchase unless covered under the stated warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • We are not liable for loss of data, business interruptions, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
